What is a business coach and why would you want one?
There are lots of business coaches out there and they come in lots of flavours so I’ll talk about the sort of business coach you get at Small Fish Business Coaching.
How does it work?
It’s called the Tradies Toolbox Coaching Program and it will help you do 3 things:

It works if you do the work. That part is important. If you attend the sessions and use the program to help you do the things we agree need doing, it works.
But YOU need to do that work. You need to drive, you need to be responsible for your own success, with the help of my coaching program.
You need to come to the group coaching calls and use your fellow tradies and me to bounce off and give you motivation and confidence and energy. don’t just vanish into your busy business or nothing will change.
The strategies work. The systems and structures I’ll teach you to build will support your business to grow.
- You’ll write a strategy (with my help)
- You’ll learn new skills (with video training and one-to-one training)
- You’ll meet with your coach in group sessions and one-on-one sessions to be held accountable and to be helped and encouraged and pushed
- You’ll measure progress and your numbers so you’ll be able to see the coaching working

Why Are you Called Small Fish Business Coaching?
Because I work with small businesses – small trade businesses and small building businesses.
(I thought it was funny when I started and I like the logo with the small fishes looking like a bigger fish – because that’s what you do with the coaching, isn’t it? You look and act like a bigger fish who knows more because you’re learning and doing what the bigger fishes know.
